NO Illegal Drugs and Substances (PA Laws) / NO Related Paraphernalia 
Prescription Medicine Requirements:
•    Anyone needing prescription medicine at an event must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff upon entry. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
•    Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
•    Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Bottle contents will be verified by medical personnel at the entry gates.

NO Outside Food or Drink

NO Professional Photo, Video, or Audio Recording Equipment (including Detachable Lenses, Tripods, Zooms, Commercial Rigs, etc.) 

NO Personal Video Cameras, GoPros, Selfie Sticks, Drones, Personal Lighting Accessories 

NO Laptops or Tablets 

NO Masks / Balaclavas / Ski-Masks / “Sheistys” / Helmets 

NO Laser Pointers, Flash Lights, Glow Sticks, Markers, Stickers, Tools 

NO Props / Replicas of Any Kind 

NO Signs Larger Than a Standard Sheet of Paper (8.5” x 11”) 

NO Skateboards, Rollerblades, Hover-Boards, Scooters, Bicycles, or ANY Other Personal Vehicles 

NO Non-ADA Compliant Animals (or Relevant State / Local Laws) 

NO Personal Musical Instruments 

NO Performance Items (including Poi, LED Gloves, Hula-Hoop, LED Whip, Silk Fans, Wand, Staff, Orbits, Flow Rings, Flow Star, etc.) 

NO Totems or Flags 

NO Stuffed Animals or Toys of Any Kind 

NO Unsealed Liquids or Gels of Any Kind

FROM I-95 NORTH: Take I-95 N to Exit 22 for Callowhill St. in Philadelphia. Turn Right onto N. 5th St. Turn Right onto Spring Garden. Turn Left onto N. Front St. and look for our "Official Parking" banners at 1025 N. Front St. or 98 Richmond Street (at the corner of Richmond St & Frankford Ave).

FROM I-95 SOUTH: Take I-95 S to Exit 23 for Girard Ave. toward Lehigh Ave. Merge onto Girard Ave. Make a Left onto N. Front St. and look for our "Official Parking" banners at 1025 N. Front St. or 98 Richmond Street (at the corner of Richmond St & Frankford Ave).

FROM NEW JERSEY: Take I-676 N toward the Ben Franklin Bridge/Philadelphia. Take the 5th St. Exit from I-676 W. Turn Right onto Spring Garden St. Turn Left onto N. Front St. and look for our "Official Parking" banners at 1025 N. Front St. or 98 Richmond Street (at the corner of Richmond St & Frankford Ave).

FROM N. DELAWARE AVE: From N. Delaware Ave., turn onto Frankford Ave across from the Casino. Immediately turn left onto Laurel St. Turn right onto N. Front St. and look for our "Official Parking" banners at 1025 N. Front St. or 98 Richmond Street (at the corner of Richmond St & Frankford Ave).

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Take SEPTA to Girard Station on the Market-Frankford Line. Once at the station, cross Girard Ave. and walk south on N. Front St. When you reach Richmond St., turn left and look for the sidewalk leading to The Fillmore. SEPTA's Trolley Lines will also take you to The Fillmore. Please consult SEPTA's website for your best route to the "Frankford & Delaware" route.
